Smart Use of Space with a Custom Under-Deck Drainage System
To further elevate the home's outdoor living potential, we integrated a custom under-deck gutter system beneath the upper-level deck. This clever solution creates a dry, protected lower patio—perfect for entertaining or relaxing, no matter the weather. The design enhances the usability of the walkout-level space while maintaining a seamless connection to the lakefront.
